If you worked for Dynatrace, Inc. in an eligible Sales Development Representative role in the United States at any time during October 29, 2022, through November 19, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a settlement payment.

What is this Lawsuit about?

A settlement has been entered to resolve a collective action lawsuit that has been filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") on behalf of current or former Sales Development Representatives ("SDRs") who worked for Dynatrace, Inc. ("Dynatrace") with any of the following job titles in the United States at any time during the period of October 29, 2022, through November 19, 2025: Sales Development Coordinator I, Sales Development Coordinator II, Sales Development Specialist, Sales Development Analyst II, Sales Development Analyst III, Sales Development Representative 1, Sales Development Representative 2, Sales Development Representative 3, Sales Development Representative 4, and Senior Sales Development Coordinator. The lawsuit alleges that Dynatrace failed to properly pay all SDRs for overtime hours worked. Dynatrace denies the allegations. The Court has not made any ruling on the merits of the Plaintiff's claims, and no party has prevailed in this action.

How do I know if I am in the Settlement Collective?

The Settlement Collective includes current or former SDRs who worked for Dynatrace with any of the following job titles in the United States at any time during the period of October 29, 2022, through November 19, 2025: Sales Development Coordinator I, Sales Development Coordinator II, Sales Development Specialist, Sales Development Analyst II, Sales Development Analyst III, Sales Development Representative 1, Sales Development Representative 2, Sales Development Representative 3, Sales Development Representative 4, and Senior Sales Development Coordinator.

YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT

SEND IN THE CLAIM FORM AND RELEASE BY June 26, 2026

Receive a settlement payment. Give up or "release" certain claims.

By timely fully completing and submitting the Consent to Join Settlement, Release, and Claim Form, you will receive your estimated settlement payment and release wage and hour claims against Dynatrace that are covered by the Settlement. You may obtain a copy of the Settlement Agreement by contacting the Settlement Claims Administrator.

DO NOTHING

You do not give up any rights; however, you will not receive a settlement payment.

If you do nothing and do not send back your Consent to Join Settlement, Release, and Claim Form, you will not receive any settlement payment and will not release any claims. However, the statute of limitations will continue to run on your claim.
